All content templates on Video Compiler and services provided by Video Compiler, its affiliates, employees, licensors or other commercial partners including, but not limited to templates, are property of Video Compiler LLC or other parties that have licensed their material or provided services to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property laws, and may not be duplicated under any circumstances, or used otherwise than described in this agreement.
Video Compiler grants you a non-exclusive license to use the products you get by using our services. You own all intellectual property related to products created by you using our services. Video Compiler does not have ownership rights on your content. If you use the products obtained from Video Compiler LLC in any ways contradicting the law you are responsible and liable for all the respective consequences.
You shall not access to Video Compiler website, services or user accounts through any means or technology (scraping and crawling), other than our publicly supported interfaces, or otherwise use any illegal action to collect login data and passwords for other websites, software, services, or third parties.
You shall not use any automatic device, script, program, algorithm, or methodology, or any manual process to access, copy, acquire or monitor any portion of the Video Compiler services, materials, documents, information, data, or content through any means not made available through our service
You shall not take any action that imposes an unreasonable large load on the infrastructure of our services, as well as the systems or networks connected to our services.
When you purchase a Standard subscription plan, you acquire a license to use, copy, perform, distribute and display the products created. You are not granted the rights to modify, resell, use, copy, perform, distribute or display the products for broadcast television, radio, or theatrical media unless you purchase the Advanced Subscription Plan.
Your license is granted to you even after a subscription expires, unless you made a refund or issued a dispute with a payment provider.
Video Compiler automatically renews the subscription unless you cease your subscription and erase your data from the third party payment processors. All payments on Video Compiler are being processed by third party payment processors and you may need to finish the deactivation process through a redirected link.
If we fail to collect the fees owed by you, we may suspend or cancel your subscription without further notice.
For any questions or concerns regarding a payment made to Video Compiler, please, contact our Customer Support team before filing a chargeback or reversal of payment as the failure of your chargeback may result in your being liable for all fees applicable to the Video Compiler services primarily purchased by you.
Please note that the Refund amount may be different than the amount you were charged due to currency changes and third party fees. Video Compiler has no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including but not limited to, if you: a) have changed your mind about a purchased product. b) bought a product by mistake. c) do not have sufficient expertise to use the product. d) do not have any need to use the product.
